Avatars, server icons and banners on the site, in the monitoring and in the panel now load through the site instead of directly from Discord, so they show up even where Discord is blocked. If an image still fails to load, the first letter of the name is shown instead of a broken image icon.
On the first visit to the Echo Emote catalog some images could fail to appear: the server limited simultaneous requests from one address. The limit for catalog files has been raised.
The general limit of simultaneous requests from one address is three times higher. The site now refuses less often when many people share one address, such as mobile network users or dormitory residents.
Arabic
The Echo site and bot now work in Arabic, the 11th language. Pick it in the language switcher on the site. The bot language is set in the server panel under "Bot language".
The Arabic site runs right to left: the menu, the panel, the monitoring, the Echo Emote catalog and the developer portal.
The Bunker and Scribbles games, the economy and the bot replies work in Arabic.
Discord does not offer Arabic as an app language, so slash command descriptions stay in English.

Bans, kicks and timeouts issued through Echo commands or the site panel now show the moderator who issued them in the "Done by" field. Before, the bot itself was shown there, because Discord records the bot as the one who carried out the action.
Echo Emote: authors and collections
الموقعA new Authors page. Authors are ranked by how many times their items were added to servers this week, this month and all time. The link is next to Top.
A new Authors page. Authors are ranked by how many times their items were added to servers this week, this month and all time. The link is next to Top.
Two new badges in the Echo profile. "Echo Emote author" is given when the catalog has at least one of your approved items. "Popular Echo Emote author" is given when your items have been added to servers 1000 times. A popular author also gets a mark next to their name in the catalog.
"My uploads" has a new Statistics tab: a chart of installs per day for 30 or 90 days, the items added most often and the servers where they are. A server is shown by name if it is published in the monitoring.
Tag collections, such as "“cat” emoji for Discord". A tag on an item page now opens its collection.
An emoji or sticker can be set as a role icon on your server with "Role icon" on the item page. The site shows how the role will look in the member list and in chat, and marks roles the bot cannot change with the reason. Discord gives role icons to servers with boost level 2. An animated item uses its first frame. Without Premium a role icon counts toward the limit of 30 items a day.
The role icon generator has a new "From Echo Emote" option: an item from the catalog can be the base of an icon.
Echo Emote
الموقعNew service: Echo Emote
New service: Echo Emote
A catalog of emoji, stickers and soundboard sounds for Discord is open: emote.echo-assistants.tech. It is in the Services menu and the site footer.
Any item or pack can be added to your server with "Add to server". The Echo bot uploads it to Discord itself. The site shows how many free slots the server has and lets you choose what to add.
You can take only the items you need from a pack.
The bot needs the "Create Expressions" permission. On servers where the bot is already present, grant it in the server settings, otherwise the site tells you what to do.
Without Premium a server can add up to 3 packs and up to 30 single items a day. With Premium there are no limits.
Catalog
Emoji, Stickers, Sounds and Packs tabs, search by name and tags, a cloud of popular tags.
Sorting: Popular by installs, Trending by installs this week, Best by ratings, and New.

The deal escrow rules now look like the other site documents: contents on the left and numbered sections.
Server banner
Bots no longer appear among the most active members of the day: their time in voice channels is not counted in stats.
Server store
الموقعThe store can sell coin packs of the server economy. The owner sets the number of coins and the price, and the bot credits the coins right after payment.
The store can sell coin packs of the server economy. The owner sets the number of coins and the price, and the bot credits the coins right after payment.
Without Premium the store has one coin pack, with Premium up to 10.
Packs are on sale only while the server economy is on.
Credited coins are not refunded. If the bot could not credit the coins, the money returns to the site balance by itself.
While the store has a coin pack, /shop cannot sell roles with moderation or management permissions.
The store rules and the terms of use have new points about coin packs.
Music
A single YouTube refusal no longer switches the bot to another download method, so tracks start sooner.

The /info page has corrected texts for the "Verified" badge and the catalog.
Games in Discord
الموقعNew look for all games in the activity: game choice, Mafia mode, ranked queue, lobbies and every match screen of Mafia, Bunker and Scribbles.
New look for all games in the activity: game choice, Mafia mode, ranked queue, lobbies and every match screen of Mafia, Bunker and Scribbles.
The game choice screen shows where a match or player gathering is already going on, how many people are in the ranked queue and how many matches are running.
The lobby has one main button, and seats are shown as a grid, so you can see how many players are missing. The host sets up the match in one group, others see what is chosen.
"Cancel match", "Leave" during a match and "Remove from match" now ask for confirmation.
Fixed: in Mafia and Scribbles, "End match" and "Pass host" did not work in the Discord window.
Mafia chat no longer scrolls the whole screen to itself.
Ratings
The Mafia rating, the Bunker rating and the server top are redone: avatars and profile links, labelled columns, your place and stats in "Your result", recent matches and a guide to Mafia ranks.
Bot permissions
الموقعWhen added to a server, the bot no longer asks for administrator permissions. It asks only for the permissions its modules need.
When added to a server, the bot no longer asks for administrator permissions. It asks only for the permissions its modules need.
The server overview now has a "Bot is missing permissions" card with the list of missing permissions and a "Grant permissions" button.
On servers where the bot is already added, its permissions stay the same.
For a custom Premium bot, an "Invite the bot to this server" link with the same permission list appears after you save the token.
Activity games
Mafia, Bunker and Gartic lobbies now have a "Send link" button. It sends a link to any chat that opens the activity right in this room.
The server member list shows what a person is playing and at which stage: "Mafia · night 2", "Bunker · round 3".
Action panels
Instead of "+ Button" and "+ Menu" there is "+ Component" with five kinds: button, list with your own options, role select, member select, channel select.
البوت"Mute everyone" in a personal room without the Mute Members permission now names the missing permission instead of saying there is nobody to mute.
"Mute everyone" in a personal room without the Mute Members permission now names the missing permission instead of saying there is nobody to mute.
The "Change nickname" panel action now tells you when Discord refused the change.
YouTube music plays again. Today one of the ways to get audio stopped working, and the bot got stuck on it until a restart. Now it switches to a working one by itself.
Right-click on a member
The Apps menu on a member now has three Echo items: "Profile", "Punish" and "Violation history". "Punish" opens a form with the action, duration, reason and evidence; the actions are the same as in the moderation commands. By default "Punish" and "Violation history" are visible to moderators with the timeout permission.
A server can now have up to 15 custom right-click items per type instead of 5. On a custom Premium bot, Echo items take some of the slots: 12 remain for members and 11 for messages.

Security fixes
البوتCustom commands
Custom commands
A role menu without a set role list no longer grants the panel access role or roles with moderation or server management permissions. You cannot remove a restriction role from yourself through such a menu.
A channel menu posts only where the person who pressed it can post.
Commands
/auction posts a lot only in a channel where the caller can send messages.
/clear respects a Manage Messages denial in the channel itself.
/rep and /love can no longer be inflated by sending commands at the same time.
Only a DJ can move the music bot to another channel while it is playing.
Protection
Only the security team adds domains to the shared scam list. A server's report blocks the domain on that server.
A temporary ban from protection no longer lifts a ban that a moderator set manually.
Security fixes
الموقعSign-in
Sign-in
Signing in through the Discord Activity opens only the Activity games. The site itself needs a regular sign-in with the cloud password.
The email from Discord is saved only after a full sign-in to the site. The cloud password reset code goes to the email from the last full sign-in.
The site checks sign-in cookies more strictly. Logging out ends the session for every copy of the cookie.
Activity games
Game requests are accepted only from Discord Activity pages and the site itself.
Only a member of a server can create a Bunker, Mafia or Gartic room for it.
Server catalog and bio
A catalog card background can only be an image uploaded to the site or taken from Fotora.
Colors on the bio page are accepted only as hex, for example #a1b2c3.
All servers have the same rules for section access. The special rule for servers with Majestic in the name is gone.
If a module switch fails, the panel shows why.
Save errors are shown as readable text, not codes.
The setup wizard marks the "Protection" step done only when at least one rule works. The button turns on the basic rules.
Forms, tests, votings
If the bot or the module is disabled, the form or test page says "Submissions closed".
Applications the bot couldn't post to Discord are shown on the submissions page, with "Accept" and "Reject" buttons.
"Allow editing your answer" opens the form with your previous answer.
Options of a running voting can't be removed or reordered, so votes don't move to a neighbouring option.

Disabled bot
If the bot is disabled on a server, it no longer kicks through server links, removes roles by nickname format, or records nicknames and invites.
A custom Premium bot goes offline, and Echo's AutoMod rules are removed.
Protection
Dangerous permission protection now reacts to any new dangerous permission on a role. Before, it stayed silent if the role already had another dangerous permission.
Unban protection in "Log only" mode no longer bans and respects the whitelist.
The invite rule takes its threshold, window and punishment from the settings.
البوتIf a module is disabled in the panel, the bot does not run it anywhere. Before, some modules kept working after being disabled: buttons responded and schedules ran.
If a module is disabled in the panel, the bot does not run it anywhere. Before, some modules kept working after being disabled: buttons responded and schedules ran.
On a button, menu or command of a disabled module, the bot replies "The module is disabled on this server". Only the person who pressed it sees the reply.
Schedules of a disabled module stop: auto posts, giveaways, summaries, shift reminders, video and stream feeds, ticket auto-close, voting close, backups.
Nothing is deleted. Open tickets, votings and giveaways stay as they are and continue when the module is enabled again. The panel marks them "Paused: module is off".
If the economy is disabled, heist contributions and auction bids are returned, and auctions close without a sale.
The "Pass verification" button for newcomers works even while the module is disabled.
A one-time auto post that is more than a day late because of the module being off is not sent; the panel marks it "Skipped: module was off". A recurring one goes out at its next time.
Module switches in the panel
الموقعThe module list in panel sections shows whether a module actually works. Before, the switch was on for modules nobody had enabled, so a server saw "on" while the bot did nothing.
The module list in panel sections shows whether a module actually works. Before, the switch was on for modules nobody had enabled, so a server saw "on" while the bot did nothing.
Automod, leveling, economy, store, events, custom roles, server tag, LFG, clans, HR and night mode have their own "Enable" on the module page. Now the list shows a module as on only if it is enabled there too.
The switch in the list and "Enable" on the module page are now the same thing: either one turns the module on and off completely.
Automod can only be turned off from the list, and so can night mode, custom roles and HR until they have been set up. Turning them on opens the module page: check the settings first, otherwise the module starts working with default settings right away.
A module that needs Premium shows a lock with a hint on a server without Premium. Subsections get the lock too, such as "Moderator statistics".
Report replies
الموقعThe person who filed a report gets the same reply whatever the decision. We don't disclose what action was taken on a report. Discord does the same.
The person who filed a report gets the same reply whatever the decision. We don't disclose what action was taken on a report. Discord does the same.
The reply: “We have reviewed your report. Thank you for letting us know.” If the violation happens again, you can report it again.
Only the person the action was applied to learns about it.
If a report turned out to be empty, the reply asks to report only real violations. Repeated false reports lead to losing the ability to report.
Letters about actions
If moderation takes action against you, you get a letter instead of a short line. The bell shows the subject; tap it to open the full text.
The letter says what happened, what action was taken and for how long, what to do next and how to avoid it in the future.
The reason is a violation category, such as “Scam”, with a list of what may have led to it.
The letter is signed by a team: Echo Trust & Safety or Echo Customer Support. The staff member's name is not given.
Level cap and titles

The cap is up to 1000 levels. Leave the field empty for no cap.
At the cap, XP keeps accumulating, but the level no longer grows.
A title applies from its level up to the next title. For example: from 0 — “Newbie”, from 11 — “Regular”, from 26 — “Veteran”.
5 titles without Premium, 25 with Premium. A title is up to 32 characters.
The title is shown on the leaderboard and on the member page.
When a member reaches a new title, the bot names it in the level-up message.
The level-up card and /profile show the server's title, not our built-in one. At the cap, “Max level” replaces “To level N”.
“Only you can see this” messages now delete themselves
Bot replies that only you can see no longer stay in the channel. Each kind of reply lives as long as you need to read it or press a button.

What the bot does — a couple of sentences.
Why the bot needs each dangerous permission in the link: administrator, managing roles, channels, webhooks, bans.
Who the developer is, a support server and a privacy policy — optional.
Bots submitted earlier can add an application in the card editor — they will be reviewed faster.

We check whether the bot asks for excessive permissions, how new it is, and whether it has triggered anti-nuke protection on servers with Echo.
The field only accepts a Discord bot invite link. Before, any address could be entered there.
Change the link — another bot or other permissions — and the bot goes for review again.
While the bot is under review, the link can't be changed. The request can be withdrawn.
The decision arrives in the bell on the site. A rejection comes with a reason.
A rejection is one of two kinds:
until the issues are fixed — you can resubmit after 7 days;
permanent — the bot is blacklisted and won't pass on any card.
تساعدنا البلاغات عن الأخطاء على تحسين المنتج. شكرًا لملاحظاتكم.
An item page now shows "Packs with this item" and "Similar".
An author page first shows 100 items, and "Show more" opens the rest. The Stickers and Sounds tabs appear even if there are no such items among the first ones.
The site does not accept an item if almost the same one is already in the catalog or under review.
Author avatars and covers and server icons in the catalog now load through the site, so they show up even where Discord is blocked.
Search
The Echo Emote catalog and the developer portal tell Yandex and Bing about new pages as soon as they appear.
The achievement generator, role icon generator, linked roles, store rules and user ideas can now be found in search.
An "All / GIF / Static" filter for emoji and stickers.
Top by type for the week, month and all time.
A "Now" feed: what appeared in the catalog and what is being added to servers.
Likes and dislikes, favorites, "Share" buttons for Telegram and VK. A link to an item unfolds into a card with the image in Discord and Telegram.
An author page: all their items, installs and ratings.
An emoji page shows how it looks in Discord chat in the dark and light themes.
Uploads
Upload from your computer one file at a time, as a batch of up to 5000 files, or as a .zip archive. The site compresses files itself and keeps animation.
You can bring emoji, stickers and sounds from your own Discord server: the site shows them and marks what is already in the catalog.
Every upload is reviewed by the Support team. The decision arrives as a site notification.
You can edit or delete your items, or fix a rejected one and send it again, in "My uploads".
Items with profanity, blood or explicit 18+ content are uploaded with a mark. In the catalog they are blurred and open after confirmation, and can be hidden with "Hide marked". Nudity and sexual scenes are not accepted: Discord forbids them in emoji and stickers.
Packs
A pack can be put together from any items in the catalog, not only your own: use "Add to pack" on an item or the "Build a pack" page. The pack goes to review. Its page shows who built it, and each item shows its author.
Discord
On the Echo server, new catalog items are posted to a separate channel in two languages. You can subscribe with a role in the roles channel.
The games section shows how games actually start: in a voice channel people press the activities button, pick Echo, then a game, the lobby and the match.
Premium trial
During the 7-day trial the AI assistant has 15 free requests a day, as without Premium. 50 requests a day come with paid Premium and partnership. Other Premium features work during the trial as before.
Fixed: players with the same rating swapped places on every load, and your own place was not visible outside the top 50.
AI assistant
If the assistant sends a reply the site cannot read, the request is retried by itself. If the retry does not help, the request is not counted and the assistant says what happened.
Ideas
The idea list shows 10 per page.
Role select: a member picks roles in one menu. Only roles from the list set by an administrator are given. The panel access role and roles with dangerous permissions are never given.
Member select: report a member, a message or form that mentions the chosen member, give a role to the chosen member. The role is given only if the person who pressed can manage roles and the chosen member is below them.
Channel select: a message to the chosen channel. It is sent only if the person who pressed can post in that channel.
New presets: "Role select in one menu" and "Report a member".
Images in a panel card (text with image, image, gallery) now require Premium. Images already set in panels stay. Text and separators in a card stay free.
Scenarios with several steps. A component or list option can have "Go to step". After a choice the bot sends a hidden message with the next step and then updates that same message. Actions from all steps run at the end.
Step 2 and later is a message with its own title, text and components, or a form. Step and action texts can include the chosen member, channel, roles and chosen options.
Going back to a step already passed cancels the choices made from that step on. A scenario closes after 15 minutes without a choice.
New action "Punish the selected member": warning, timeout, kick or ban. The case is written to the moderation log. The Moderation module must be on, and the person who pressed needs the permission for that action. The action is available in member select and on steps 2 and later.
New preset "Punish a member": member select, action, timeout length and reason.
The editor has step tabs above the components. The "Flow" view shows the whole path by steps.
Without Premium a panel can have up to 5 steps, counting the panel itself. With Premium there is no limit.
Protection
Every protection rule, every custom rule and five other events now have a "Log channel" field. Empty means the log goes to the main channel, as before. Other events: deletion of a protected channel or role, unban protection, join raid, end of a temporary ban, "Dangerous role not granted".
If the chosen channel is deleted or the bot cannot post there, the log goes to the main channel with a note. "Protection readiness" shows which events have a broken channel.
"test" sends a sample log to the same place the real one will go.
Without Premium three events can have their own channel, with Premium all of them.
Fields in a rule row are now aligned at one height. The hint "no server roles selected — nothing will be pinged" now shows on hover over "Who to ping".
Game profile
"My profile" and the public player profile now look like the rest of the account pages: each game's stats are rows of "label — number", achievements are one list with the game name.
The public profile now shows Scribbles and a "Died" row for Bunker. Games played are counted across all three games, as in "My profile".
Fixed labels: plural forms of "game", the text about experience from three games.
Server panel menu
Features that were hidden inside other pages now have their own menu items. Protection: "Join raid protection", "Honeypot channel". Moderation: "Message reports", "Inactive cleanup". Automod: "Scam links". Economy: "Jobs", "Robberies", "Lottery", "Coin drops", "Casino", "Shop", "Achievement roles". HR: "Reprimands". Reaction roles: "Import from other bots". Role icons: "Role colors". Monitoring: "Monitoring+", "Flames", "Ads", "Site badge", "Bot in catalog".
"Premium moderation" is now called "Nickname format", "Mass kick" is a separate item.
Settings search finds features by everyday words: "tenure", "captcha", "unban", "telegram", "bot language", "panel access", "plan". "Captcha" no longer leads to Action panels.
Two open pages of one module no longer overwrite each other's settings on save.
The module switch now appears on pages that did not have one: channel stats, auto messages, notifications, forms, tests, giveaways, music, marriages, HR, activity, response, reaction roles, action panels, backups, nickname format.
Fixed: Greetings did not open for a role with panel access; the setup wizard step "Join roles" led to the wrong page; saving HR turned a disabled module back on; Announcement silently failed when Auto messages were off, now it says why; test answers opened without access to member data.
Dropdowns
System dropdowns are replaced with dropdowns in the site style: dark panel, search in long lists, emoji in channel names, labelled groups. Keyboard works as before. So far replaced in the staff area, the Minecraft forum, the LFG feed, support, application and vacancy forms, and the message builders.
These now have their own menu items and switches: "Join roles", "Tenure roles" (were on the Greetings page); "Newcomer verification", "Invite rewards", "Boost rewards", "Birthdays", "Starboard", "Server records", "Monthly recap" (were on the Community page); "Announcement" (was in Auto messages); "Free games", "Steam patch notes", "New anime episodes", "Telegram mirror" (were tabs of Notifications); "Card style" (was in Economy); "Form and test panels" (were in Forms).
Turning off Greetings, Auto messages or Notifications no longer turns off the features that were on the same pages. Each feature has its own switch. After the update everything is on or off exactly as before.
New menu blocks: "Roles" (join roles, tenure roles, reaction roles, action panels, personal color roles) and "Appearance" (banner, role icons and colors, card style). "Members and roles" is now "Members", "Notifications" is now "Videos and streams". "Newcomer verification" is in Security, "Free games" and "Steam patch notes" are in Games.
Old links lead to the new pages.
"Panel access" is its own page: panel roles with their sections and administrator locks. It is open to the server owner, with a tile on the overview.
Developer portal: "Auto-replies" moved from "Custom commands" to their own page; "Roles and channels for the API" moved to the key page.
Account: the "Profile" tab is split into "Bio page", "Birthday" and "Card design", "AI packs" is a separate tab. Old links open the right tab.
All dropdowns on the site now share one style, including channel, role, staff and language pickers. Scrollbars on the site are thin, without arrows.
Ideas
The site now has ideas: /support/ideas. You can suggest a feature, vote for someone else's idea and see the team's reply and status.
While you type a title, the site shows similar ideas so you can vote instead of repeating one.
The "Missing a feature?" card in the panel leads here and attaches the server and the section where you were looking.
Ideas sent earlier through the form have been moved here.
Server panel
"Panel access" is a menu item right under the AI assistant. The server owner sees it.
Every channel and role picker has search and ID input. The site does not accept a role or channel from another server and says why.
Store: if a product's role was deleted from the server, the store still saves, and the product shows that the role is gone.
Premium
Support can give a discount on the next Premium payment. It applies by itself at purchase or auto-renewal and is shown in the account and on the Premium page.
Player profile
"My profile" and the public profile are wider: two columns on desktop, with a cover from the Discord banner.
Each game shows its main number large. Achievements show how many are earned out of all, and which are not earned yet.
Service status
The /stats page is redone: all services in one group with clear labels, outages for the week, games and music, protection for the day.
Echo rating
After 30 days with the bot, a server owner or administrator sees a short survey in the panel once: a 1 to 10 rating of Echo and of the panel.
AI assistant
Repeating the same message is no longer treated as spam if the assistant answered it with a setup plan or the message came from another panel page.
The panel in a new room's chat now has a "Play" button. It opens Mafia, Bunker and Gartic right in this voice channel.
Server logs no longer go to channels of servers outside the network.
Voice channels
"Unmute everyone" removes only the mutes the bot set. Mutes from moderators stay.
"Pull" in Minecraft server rooms moves a person only if you can move members in their channel.
Gartic
Only a member of the server can join a Gartic lobby, even when the game was started outside a voice channel.
Telegram
Only a group admin can link a server mirror to the group.
Support staff in view-only mode see form and test webhook addresses hidden.
The change log hides webhook addresses in the Integrations and Event webhook sections, including old entries.
Escrow
Telegram notifications show the deal title and review as plain text.
Staff
Staff members cannot approve a partnership or an application for their own server. Only the project leadership can.
A security measure against yourself or the project leadership cannot be marked as reviewed, just as it cannot be lifted.
A report from the games cannot pass itself off as a drawing report.
Staff mail shows the first 100,000 characters of a long email.
Backups
Restore runs in the background. The panel shows progress and the result and no longer cuts off after a minute.
Role order is restored from the snapshot. Roles above the bot are skipped, the rest are given back.
Monitoring
The invite on a card must lead to this server.
The card of a server where the bot is disabled is not shown in the catalog.
On phones, the Random, Popular and Info links on the monitoring home page sit in one row, with the "Add your server" button below them.
Store and Premium
If the Store module is disabled, roles are not sold.
When Premium ends, anything created beyond the free limits is kept but doesn't work until renewal. Custom bot texts and styling are the defaults for that time. This is now in the terms of use.
Other
A non-owner can change the icon and color only of roles below their own.
Changing the banner color no longer erases the uploaded background.
With the custom "Warn" command, the offender gets the timeout, not the person who ran the command.
Links to top.gg and op.gg are no longer deleted as invites, and your own server address counts as yours.
If a timeout was not applied, the log shows why. An applied timeout goes into the punishment history.
Channel permission changes and role permission and color changes are logged. Voice channels and threads can be excluded.
Night mode and moderation
In the morning, night mode restores permissions as they were before the night. A channel that was closed beforehand stays closed.
If the bot can't apply a warning-ladder step, the moderator sees why. /unwarn can't remove your own warning and logs the removal.
Tickets
The conversation is always saved to the archive, even without a transcript channel.
Auto-close skips tickets that support hasn't answered yet.
If a private thread can't be created, the bot says why instead of opening a public one.
HR, shifts, tag response
"At maximum" and "kick on dismissal" apply to staff in every department.
The dismissal window shows the mode set for the server right away.
Overnight shifts such as 23:00–03:00 are counted correctly. Reserves get no reminders or on-duty role.
A disabled tag watch no longer pings the person on duty.
Economy
/trade charges the transfer fee and respects disabled transfers.
Casino, role shop, auctions and businesses move money in a single operation: a double click won't charge twice.
The lottery refunds tickets when it is turned off.
Music and Mafia
The bot doesn't join a forbidden channel or leave listeners at the request of someone who isn't allowed to use music.
Without voting, only the DJ and the requester can skip a track.
Mafia works on every server. The bet pool is no longer lost on a draw.
Community
The quarantine role is not given without a verification channel or to bots.
Messages from private and 18+ channels don't go to the starboard.
The birthday role is removed only from those the bot gave it to.
Records are announced at round numbers.
The bot notices members leaving even after a restart: goodbyes, marriages and clans work.
Premium
When Premium ends, everything created beyond the free limits is paused and comes back after renewal. Settings are not deleted.
Temporary measures still end on time while a module is disabled: temporary bans, timed roles, the on-duty role.
Items paid for in the store are always delivered.
At the bottom there are links to support and to appeals.
The appeal page shows the same category and a link to the letter.

The bell on the site shows notifications in the language you picked on the site. Before, almost all notifications arrived in Russian.
Works in all 10 site languages.
A new text is shown as is at first. The translation usually appears within a couple of minutes.
Avatar and banner blocking
On a report, Echo's security team can block an image instead of the whole profile or server. A profile avatar or banner, or a server icon or banner, can be blocked.
Everywhere on the site the image is replaced with Echo: in the monitoring, on the server page, on partner pages, in the profile and bio, on leaderboards, in games.
In place of a banner there is a note “Banner blocked by Echo Security”.
The owner gets a letter from Echo Trust & Safety. The same note is in their panel.
Head Office in support
Billing questions are now handled by the project's leadership. Support on the site has a new department, “Head Office”.
Topics: payments and Premium, refunds, charges, subscriptions and auto-renewal.
The hints say what to include: date, amount and payment method. Don't send your full card number.
Staff from any department can forward a request to the Head Office. You'll see the line “Request forwarded to the Head Office”.
Support replies without job titles. A staff reply shows only their nickname and avatar.
Your data
We keep less and delete it on schedule. The periods are listed in the privacy policy.
Your full IP address and device are no longer sent to staff channels when you sign in. Only alerts go there, with the address cut down to the network.
The full payment service notification is kept for 90 days after the payment is credited.
IP addresses and devices in account block records are deleted 90 days after the block is lifted or reviewed.
Email confirmation codes are deleted one day after use.
Emails to the project's mailbox are kept for one year.
Staff applications. An application from the “Vacancies” page goes to the staff, and you get the decision as a letter in the bell. Applications are kept for 90 days after the decision, or 180 days if no decision is made.
“Done”, “No permission” and other short replies — from 15 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on length.
Menus and settings with buttons — 10 minutes without activity. Every click extends the time.
Messages with a link button and drafts you are filling in — 14 minutes.
Help, history, statistics — 5 to 10 minutes.
The one-time /inv invite is not deleted.
Bots added earlier are reviewed too.
Hidden servers
A server hidden by moderation disappears from every page. Before, it only left the catalog.
The recruitment page no longer shows its description.
It is no longer on the partners page or in the sitemap.
Its cards at cross-promo partners are deleted from their channels.
Images on cards
Only images uploaded for the site can be used as a card banner or an ad image. Files from support and the escrow service can't be used there.
Card and ad moderation
Moderation removes only what breaks the rules. Description, tags, links, banner or background — one at a time. The owner gets a notification with the reason and can appeal.
A blurred banner also hides the Plus card background.
Reviews hidden by moderation don't affect the server rating or People's Choice.
Ad banners have a “Report” button.
Moderation can stop a running campaign: with a refund for the days not yet shown, or without a refund for a rules violation.
