Effective from October 3, 2026 · echo-assistants.tech
Terms of use for Echo products: what is allowed, what is not, how payments and refunds work, and who is responsible for what. By adding the bot to a server, signing in on the website, playing on our Minecraft server or taking part in escrow deals, you accept these terms.
Echo is a set of products by the Echo Studio team:
The terms apply from the moment you start using any of the products. If you act on behalf of a community or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept the terms for them.
Some products have their own rules: the Minecraft server rules, the store rules and the escrow rules. They supplement these terms and take precedence within their product. General rules of conduct are at echo-assistants.tech/rules; data processing is described at echo-assistants.tech/privacy.
The bot on a server can be configured by the server owner or a member with the “Administrator” permission. You are responsible for how the bot is configured and used on your server, for the permissions you grant it and for the actions of your administrators.
You keep the rights to the content you create with Echo: texts, forms, cards, bio pages, messages. You are responsible for its legality and for making sure it does not violate other people’s rights or Discord’s rules. We may hide or delete content that breaks the rules.
The site balance is money in rubles held in your Echo account. It is shared by the website, the Minecraft account page and the in-game F4 menu.
The owner of a Discord server can sell roles and accept support through a store. The seller is the server owner; Echo provides the platform, processes payments and grants the roles.
The escrow service holds the deal money until the seller fulfils the terms, and resolves disputes. The escrow service has its own account and its own wallet, separate from the site balance.
The server has its own rules — they are published on the forum at minecraft.echo-assistants.tech/forum; help is available in the server wiki.
By adding a server to monitoring, you publish its card (name, description, invite, tags, banner, links) in the public catalog. You are responsible for its content and for having the right to invite people to that server.
A “Flame” can be given once every 4 hours; inflating votes, ratings and reviews is prohibited. A review is public together with your Discord name and avatar and must reflect real experience.
We may hide, downrank or remove a card or review, block joining the server from the catalog, blur the banner and restrict reviews — if they break the rules or are misleading. How the catalog works — monitoring.echo-assistants.tech/info.
The HR module and the activity module are run by each server’s administration, which sets the rules for promotions, awards and penalties. We provide the tools but do not take part in servers’ internal decisions and do not act as an arbiter in their disputes.
Alerts about videos, streams, free game giveaways and news use public data from third-party platforms (YouTube, RuTube, Twitch and others). We are not affiliated with them and do not control their availability. You are responsible for having the right to set up alerts for the channels you specify.
With the Premium with your own bot package, Echo runs on your server under your bot. The bot application’s token is stored encrypted and used only to run Echo. You are responsible for keeping the token safe and for the bot’s compliance with Discord’s rules; you can revoke access by changing the token in the Discord Developer Portal.
Mafia, Bunker and Scribbles run inside Discord, including in cross-server ranked matches. The website has descriptions, ratings and leaderboards.
You can link Telegram to your website profile to sign in with a code (2FA). Since 2 October 2026, no bonus is granted for joining the bot’s group; bonuses granted earlier stay on your balance and are spent under the bonus rules. We void bonuses obtained by circumventing the rules (for example, through several accounts or by relinking).
You can apply to join the project team at echo-assistants.tech/vacancies. Applying does not guarantee acceptance; selection is individual, and to be contacted you need to be a member of the Echo Studio server.
We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates and outages are possible. Status — echo-assistants.tech/stats and minecraft.echo-assistants.tech/status.
We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits related to the use of or inability to use the service, or for the actions of server administrations and store sellers.
Regularly back up your server’s important structure using Echo.
We may restrict or terminate access to the service for rule violations, abuse, security threats or at Discord’s request. You can stop using the service at any time: remove the bot, sign out of the website, unlink Telegram or delete your account in your account settings (“Data & account”).
The terms may be updated. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the new version. The current version is always on this page.
