Community rules

Effective from October 2, 2026 · echo-assistants.tech

General rules of conduct for all Echo products: the bot and website, monitoring, stores, escrow, games, the Minecraft server and our Discord server Echo Studio. By using them, you agree to follow these rules.

1Respect for people

Treat others the way you’d want to be treated.

  • Insults, humiliation and personal attacks are prohibited.
  • Bullying, harassment and threats in any form are prohibited.
  • Inciting hatred based on nationality, religion, gender, orientation or any other characteristic is prohibited.

2Prohibited content

  • Illegal materials, as well as 18+ content outside specially designated and marked places.
  • Shock content, promotion of violence, self-harm and dangerous acts.
  • Malicious links, phishing, viruses and any malware.
  • Publishing other people’s personal data without their consent (doxxing).

3Spam and advertising

  • Don’t flood with messages, emoji, mentions or repetitive content.
  • Don’t advertise your channels, servers or websites without the administration’s approval — monitoring exists for servers.
  • Don’t abuse the bot: mass requests, inflating activity and bypassing limits are prohibited.

4Fair use of features

Echo’s features are made to benefit the community — use them for their intended purpose.

  • Tickets, forms, bug reports and applications must be on topic — no spam, trolling or made-up problems.
  • Don’t rig polls, “Flames”, ratings or reviews; leave a review only based on real experience.
  • Don’t submit fake activity reports or inflate points.
  • Don’t abuse server economies, stores or bonuses: exploits, bypassing limits and using multiple accounts for rewards are prohibited.
  • Don’t use stores or escrow to deceive people; settle deal disputes through the arbiter, not with threats.
  • Don’t try to bypass restrictions, role permissions or bans.

5Fair play

In Mafia, Bunker and Scribbles, cheats, exploits and playing from multiple accounts are prohibited. Don’t deliberately throw matches, don’t collude for rating and don’t stop others from playing.

6Account and server security

  • Don’t share your accounts, tokens, webhooks or sign-in codes with outsiders.
  • Grant the bot and members only the permissions they need.
  • Report vulnerabilities and suspicious activity to the administration instead of exploiting them.

7Product-specific rules

Some products have their own rules. They supplement the general rules and take precedence within their product:

8Discord rules

Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply everywhere. Violating them is also a violation of our rules.

9Moderation and penalties

Administrators and moderators may take measures depending on the severity of the violation:

  • A warning — for minor or first-time violations.
  • Feature restrictions, a mute or a timeout — for repeated violations.
  • A ban — for serious violations or systematic disregard of the rules.
  • Decisions are at the administration’s discretion; disputed cases are handled in support.

10Appeals

If you think a penalty is unfair, calmly state your case — insults will only make things worse. Your appeal is reviewed by someone other than the person who issued the penalty.

  • Restrictions in Echo and on the Echo Studio server — echo-assistants.tech/appeal.
  • Minecraft — the appeals section on the server forum.
  • An arbiter’s decision in escrow — appeal within the deal, once.

11Changes to the rules

The rules may be supplemented and updated. Not knowing the current rules does not exempt you from responsibility — the latest version is always on this page.
