Fixed a refresh error. If a person had both administrator rights and a role with panel access on a server, their server list sometimes failed to refresh: the server landed in both parts of the list and saving failed. Now such a server is stored once.
A collage instead of a stack. Each image from a form answer used to go to the channel as a separate full-width block, so an answer with three screenshots took several screens. A link to such a message opened the channel a few messages above it. Now up to four images are combined into one block as a grid.
A choice for each question. Questions of the "File / image" type have a new setting, "In the answer message": "As a collage", "As separate images" or "Links only". The collage is the default. "As separate images" shows screenshots the old way, and "Links only" leaves just "file 1 · file 2" links in the message.
Levels: channels without XP and roles that don't stack
Where not to award. The "Levels" section has a new setting, "Where not to award". Messages and voice minutes in the selected channels give no XP or coins. You can pick a text channel, a voice channel, a forum or a whole category, in which case the rule covers all its channels and threads. Messages and voice time from these channels still count in server statistics.
Remove roles of previous levels. Level roles used to stack: a level 5 member held the roles for levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Under level rewards there is now a "Remove roles of previous levels" switch. When it is on, the bot gives the new level's role and removes the roles of lower levels. Roles collected earlier are removed at the next level-up.
Family applications
A separate section. Family recruitment used to be built from the "Faction application" panel template: one button and one "about you" field. Now "Requests and polls" has a "Family applications" section. A panel with a button appears in Discord. A member presses it and fills in a form with up to five fields.
Review. The form reaches the leaders as a card in the chosen channel. The card shows who applied, when the account was created and when they joined the server. Leaders answer with "Accept", "Reject" or "Blacklist". On a rejection or a blacklist the bot asks for a reason and sends it to the member in direct messages. A blacklisted member cannot apply again. After a rejection, a new application opens after the set number of hours.
After acceptance. The bot gives the family role, changes the nickname by a template such as "[Family] Nick", messages the member and greets them in the family channel. Recruitment can be closed with one switch, and the blacklist can be viewed and cleared in the panel.
Server treasury. Part of every transfer between members goes to the treasury: an admin turns on the tax for /pay and /trade in the panel, under Treasury, up to 20%. Loan interest, stock exchange fees and rent payments also go there. An admin can give coins from the treasury to a member and write a reason; the entry with the admin's name stays in the history. Members see the amount with the Treasury button under /bank. Without Premium the history is kept for 30 days, with Premium for a year.
Loans. /bank now has a Loan button: a member picks a term and an amount, gets the coins and repays them in the same place. Under Loans in the panel, an admin sets the largest amount, how many days a member must have been on the server, and up to five terms from 2 to 30 days, each with a percentage for the whole term. A member can have only one loan. While it is open, they can't transfer coins, play in the casino, bid in auctions, deposit coins to a clan, rob or gift items. The bot reminds a day before the due date. If the loan isn't repaid, the bot takes the debt from the wallet and bank, and whatever is left stays as debt: part of the /work income goes toward it.
Stock exchange. Five Echo companies appear on the server, and an admin can add their own: up to three for free, up to fifteen with Premium. The price changes every hour, by no more than 15% at a time, and depends on what the admin picked: messages, voice minutes, new or leaving members, events. Members buy and sell shares with the Buy and Sell buttons under the exchange card, and My portfolio shows their profit. Shares can be sold after the next price update. In the panel, an admin picks the card channel and sets the trade fee, the share of an issue one member can hold (20% by default) and trades per hour (10 by default).
Crafting and rent. Under Craft, an admin builds recipes: server shop items and coins make an item or a role. A member crafts a recipe in /shop → Inventory → Craft. Under Rent, an admin offers a role, a text channel or a voice channel for coins for one week. A member extends the rent with a button or turns on auto-renew, and the bot reminds a day before the end. Free servers get 5 recipes and 3 lots, Premium gets 50 and 25.
The AI assistant panel now has a Support button. It opens an Echo support request with the Bot setup topic in a new tab, and your conversation with the assistant stays open.
When the assistant can't solve something itself, it says so and shows a Contact support button under the reply. This happens when the bot doesn't work after setup, the question is about payments or your account, or you ask for a staff member. The same button appears under assistant error messages.
Fixed personal voice rooms not being created when the category chosen in Voice settings had been deleted from the server. The bot now creates the room in the same category as the join channel.
To put rooms back where you want them, pick the category again in the Voice section of the dashboard.
Fixed the Unknown interaction error for the /casino command. Drawing the panel image takes longer than the three seconds Discord allows, so the bot now acknowledges the command before rendering.
Fixed custom backgrounds disappearing from greeting cards and level-up cards. Images carrying Content Credentials metadata (added by Photoshop, Firefly and other editors) could not be decoded by the bot, so the card was drawn without a background. The bot's image decoder now matches the one used by the site, and such files load correctly.
The event log has new icons. Every one of the 53 events now has its own icon, and so does the member status: bot, member, owner, administrator, moderator. Previously 23 events shared a generic 📋 icon and the status used a plain emoji.
Moving a channel to another category now produces one Channel update entry with a Category field. Previously a second Channel order update entry described the same action. If Channel update is turned off on a server, the move still appears in the channel order entry.
The Own microphone, Own sound, Camera and Screen share entries now describe the action in words, for example "Turned their microphone off". Previously they only had Before: On and After: Off fields.
/music play could post two music panels in a row when the channel had no panel yet. Now there is one panel.
If the bot cannot see a voice channel or join it, music now replies with "no access" right away instead of trying to connect.
Permission checks for message moving, cross-promotion and panels now fail less often by mistake when roles or channels change on other servers at the same moment.
The bot writes to the database less often. Voice time is now counted once a minute instead of every 10 seconds. Voice XP and coins are awarded as before, and level-up messages for chat arrive just as quickly. The Statistics page shows attack protection from a prepared summary and opens faster.
The music panel has been rebuilt as a single card. It shows the track title with a link, the artist, who requested it and the cover art on the right. The track title no longer repeats the artist. Below are the progress bar with timestamps, the controls, the queue and the playlist menu. The buttons fit in two rows: shuffle, previous, pause, next and repeat in the first, Play, Stop, volume and Queue in the second. To clear the queue, pick the first item in the remove-track menu. During the first second of a track the panel showed "live" instead of "0:00"; this is fixed. Mentioning the requester no longer sends them a notification. The old panel is replaced with the new one on its next update.
The Discord user field in Echo Docs is now available when adding or editing a staff member, including projects without a linked server.
Find a person by Discord ID or name, select a result, replace a link or remove it. Results show an ID alongside the name to distinguish people with matching names. The in-game name remains a separate field.
If a search is entered but no person has been selected, the form asks you to select a result or clear the field. The staff list also supports searching by a linked Discord ID.
Updated Discord permission checks in Echo.
Fixed the Copy link button in Friends and added a fallback copying method. The full link stays selected for manual copying with Ctrl+C. Clicking the link field no longer clears the selection.
Fixed the Unknown interaction error when /music panel takes a long time to send the panel. The bot now acknowledges the command before waiting for Discord.
Fixed updates to the AutoMod rule against @everyone and @here when the log destination is a thread or an unsupported channel. Alerts use a text channel in the same server. If Discord rejects the alert channel, message blocking and role exemptions are updated without the alert action. Echo log settings stay as configured.
The sections selected in Dashboard access now also restrict Discord administrators who hold the configured roles. Restricted sections cannot be opened through a direct link. The server owner still has access to the entire dashboard.
Pets. /shop has a new Pets item. A member adopts a pet, picks one of ten species and a name, feeds it, takes it for walks for coins and finds, does a reaction-speed trick and challenges others to a pet battle with a stake. Under Pets in the panel, an admin sets prices, hunger, rewards and the daily coin cap. A member has one pet for free and up to three with server Premium; extra pets sleep and wake up when Premium is renewed.
RSS feeds, Reddit and GitHub. The Channels block has three new sections. RSS feeds posts new entries of a site with an RSS or Atom feed to a channel. Reddit sends new or top-of-the-day posts from a subreddit. GitHub sends releases, tags or commits of a branch of a public repository. Each feed is checked every 15 minutes. Old entries aren't sent when you add a source, only new ones. The bot doesn't post links from the database of scam sites. One subscription of each kind is free, up to 25 with Premium.
Image code. The New-member check section now has a choice of method: Button only or Image code. The bot shows an image with a code of 5–6 characters and the newcomer types it in a window. Case doesn't matter, and look-alike characters such as 0 and O never appear in the code. If the image is hard to read, the Another image button replaces it. An admin picks 1 to 5 attempts and what happens when they run out: a 10-minute pause or a kick from the server. Kicking needs the Kick Members permission for the bot.
Letter to the future. A member writes a letter and picks a term: 1, 3, 6 months or a year, and on Premium servers also 2 and 3 years. The bot posts the letter in a server channel or sends it to the author in a DM. A member can hold 3 sealed capsules for free and 10 with server Premium. The section is in the Fun block. Moderators see sealed capsules in the panel and can delete a letter with a reason.
Why isn't it working? Failure cards and section pages that had Discord refusals during the past week now have a Why isn't it working? button. The AI assistant reads the section's error log, the bot's permissions and the settings, and explains the cause. If it can fix the problem itself, it offers a plan with an Apply button. The request counts as a normal assistant request.
Members filling out forms on Premium servers can once again upload files from their computer after signing in with Discord. A cloud password is not required.
The bot once again assigns the configured role to members who display the server tag and removes it when they stop displaying the tag. Member checks also correct this role after switching from another bot.
The Logs settings now include separate Channel order updated and Role order updated events. Each event can be enabled independently.
The card lists affected channels or roles with their positions before and after the reorder. Shifts of neighbouring channels and roles appear in one card. Moving a channel between categories also shows the previous and new categories.
The executor and reason are included when they can be identified from Discord's audit log. Repeated reorders are logged even when Discord merges them into one audit log entry. Ignored channels are excluded from the list of changes.
Numbers and registry. The agency gives each issued document the next number on its own. The leader sets the number format in settings, for example "№ {n}/{yyyy}". The count starts over with the new year.
Authenticity check. The bottom of the page has a QR code and an 8-character code. The page docs.echo-assistants.tech/v/CODE opens without signing in and shows the number, the agency, who issued the document and when. The status is one of three: valid, revoked or replaced. A revoked document is marked with a large REVOKED label. A replaced one shows REPLACED with the number of the new version and a link to it.
Fields and signature.
Seals and emblems.
E-signature. The agency leadership issues a certificate to a staff member. The document is signed when it is issued, and the page gets a "Signed with an advanced electronic signature" block. The check page shows whether the signature is intact.
Echo templates. The library has 50 ready templates by section: court, prosecutor's office, police, government, bar, hospital and general. A template is added to the board with a button.
Letter layout.
Template sets. When creating an agency, you can pick a set: Court, Prosecutor's Office, Police, Government and City Hall, Bar, Hospital (EMS) or Empty board. The board fills with standard documents right away, and stages for requests are created.
Staff. Members are split into Active, Suspended and Dismissed tabs and can be grouped into departments. For each person you can see which requests they handle. The Add everyone with a role button adds all server members with the chosen role. Without Echo Premium the staff list holds up to 15 people, with Premium up to 500. Dismissed members do not count toward the limit.
Requests and cases.
Discord notifications. You pick a channel from a list, and the bot posts there itself, no webhooks needed. The bot can keep an event log and messages with the staff list and the workload (it updates them itself). It also posts about assignments with a mention, new requests and cases waiting for approval. The bot never mentions @everyone or @here. Bot messages no longer show the number sign twice.
Your own bot on a second server for 249 ₽. If you pay 499 ₽ for Premium + your own bot on one server, the same package on each of your other servers costs 249 ₽ a month. The price is shown on the buy button in the server panel and in your profile. Only the same bot as on your main server can be connected to such a server. If the subscription on the main server ends, the second server keeps working until the end of its paid month, and the next renewal is at the full price. A trial period or a partnership does not count as a main server.
Refunds cover only paid days. When you cancel a subscription, we refund half the cost of the remaining paid days. Before, days nobody paid for were counted too: what was left of the trial period, a free month from a promo code, and days added by support. Now they are not counted.
Echo Docs: paperwork for in-game agencies. The service is open at docs.echo-assistants.tech, with a link in the Services menu in the site header. A court, prosecutor's office, police or government of an RP server keeps its document templates here. A leader creates an agency, links it to their Discord server and lays out the templates on a board by section.
Monitoring+ is not included in the Premium trial. With paid Premium, Monitoring+ works on its own. Before, it was also on during the 7 trial days, and you could not buy it separately at that time. Now Monitoring+ is off during the trial, and you can buy it separately for 99 ₽ a month.
A rank of a paused department is paused too. Without Premium, the first three HR departments work and the rest are paused. Before, a member could be promoted to a rank tied to a paused department, and the bot gave them the department role and added them to the department. Now such ranks are not in the panel lists, and the bot does not carry out applications with them. With Premium, all departments and ranks work as before.
Flagged images. Discord scans images itself and flags explicit, gore and self-harm content. Auto-moderation has a new tab, Flagged images: the bot removes messages with these flags. For explicit and gore, the server picks the action: remove the message, or remove it and give a timeout. In age-restricted channels the bot leaves explicit images alone. For self-harm, the bot removes the message without a punishment, posts nothing in the channel and leaves moderators an entry in the auto-moderation log. The filter is off by default and is turned on in the tab.
Flags in other modules.
The page monitoring.echo-assistants.tech/info is easier to read. Sections are plain text without frames. On the left is a table of contents: it highlights the section you are reading and jumps to any section on click. Server badges are now a table with the badge on the left and its description on the right.
The server log now shows the reason from the Discord audit log on every entry that has one. Before, only bans, kicks and timeouts showed it. Now it also appears on role changes, unbans, changes to channels, roles, threads, emojis, stickers, webhooks and invites, bulk message deletes and other entries.
For example, when a temporary role runs out, the role removal entry says why. If someone did the action in Discord without a reason, there is no reason line.
The bot warns you when logs stop arriving. If Echo loses access to the log channel or the channel is deleted, the server owner gets a notification on the site with a link to the log settings. Before, entries were lost and you could only see it in the panel.
Your own bot works only on the servers it's connected to. If it's added to a server where it isn't connected in Echo, it leaves on its own and the bot's owner gets a notification on the site. Before, it stayed silent on such servers but remained in the member list.
